Aufgaben

• Help to identify, pilot and scale MIDS initiatives, covering the strategic pillars (in order of priority):
• Improvement of internal processes (scientific communication/clinical operations, medical engagement &excellence), indirect cost savings (AI) and product optimization, Medical Data Generation & Insights
• Enhance patient outcomes by supporting scientific proof of concept projects through real-world evidence (RWE) and innovative clinical trials
• New Health Products
• Identify and scout new digital therapies and/or treatments
• Example tasks
• Support various AI pilots with internal and external partners and Integrated Evidence Generation by project management and operational support
• Support medical advisory boards (2 per year)
• Engage with countries and DSE on promising MIDS projects
• Foster innovation community
• Manage innovation projects to time, budget, risk and quality; support and drive existing and upcoming initiatives including creating engaging communication material
• Support project owner in driving projects
• Facilitate collaboration with internal departments such as Digital Excellence, Commercial, and Value and Access across DS to identify and collaborate on digital projects of mutual interests
• Continuously monitor the external landscape to identify innovations and digital tools
• Collect medical affairs industry best practices in process, tools, and technology
• Support and quantify innovation efforts
• Work within existing Company policies and SOPs to manage risk and develop mitigation approaches

Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in pharma/biopharma required
• Experience in managing projects & solving potential issues
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization
• Show creativity, innovative thinking and an open-minded approach
• Be results oriented
• Flexible to changing priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Hands-on mentality
• Collaborative
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
