WHAT TO EXPECT:
- A comprehensive start: You’ll kick off with a 5-week onboarding program where you’ll get to know our company, workforce management topics (time tracking, workforce planning), and our software products.
- Responsibility for our customers our mid-market solution
- Proactively engage ith your customers and build a strong networt
- Analyze customer needs and identify potential areas for improvement
- Consultative Selling: Use your expertise in business processes and workforce management to convince champions and decision-makers of the benefits and ROI of our solutions
- Conduct high-quality software presentations and analyses. Showcase tailored solutions, not just features
- Drive cross- and upselling with revenue responsibility, including module or location expansions and cloud transformation projects
- Collaborate closely with consulting, product management, and other internal teams
- Benefit from our sales training programs (e.g., SPIN, presentation skills, legal aspects, negotiation) to level up your skills
YOUR SKILLS
- At least 1.5 years of experience in SaaS sales
- Proven experience presenting customized software solutions to clients
- Technical affinity, a quick grasp of concepts, and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- A willingness to learn, enthusiasm, and strong team spirit
- Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English
