We at the "AI HUB" are an interdisciplinary and international team. Together we develop and operate IT applications for the entire ProSiebenSat.1 Group using artificial intelligence within a state-of-the-art technology stack. Our mission is to be a driving force for P7S1 by championing the adoption of AI and data-driven thinking. We build innovative products that create value, unlock business opportunities, and empower our colleagues.
In this position, you work within our hybrid model "Flexible". You will be one or two fixed or flexible days on site, the other days remotely.
What you can expect in this role

• As an Associate Product Owner, you play a pivotal role in the development of our AI products, bringing our vision of shaping the future of ProSiebenSat.1 with AI to fruition
• You will closely work with a cross-functional team consisting of eager and passionate Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, Software developers and Architects
• Guided by our experienced Product Owners, you will learn how to take end-to-end responsibility for products by balancing business goals, user needs and development efforts as efficiently as possible
• Your advanced analytical background will help you develop a comprehensive understanding of our key data sources and how to turn them into value-adding products
• Teamwork and personal development are our priority, so you will get the coaching you need to develop towards becoming a Professional Product Manager
• You have a degree in business administration, business informatics, or a similar field with outstanding academic achievements
• Also, you have first professional experience in consultancy, industrial companies or as an entrepreneur
• You have basic know-how of agile methods, project management tools and methods
• You stand out with your exceptional analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured, solution-oriented approach while maintaining a high level of commitment and curiosity regarding complex issues
• Besides that, you have a passion for the entertainment sector and are keenly interested in using artificial intelligence and data to optimize processes and transform business models
• You possess excellent skills in managing key stakeholders as well as strong communication skills in German and English when dealing with technical and non-technical audiences
