What do you contribute?
We are the market leader for modern software in the mobility sector. This includes route planners, ticketing systems and transport-on-demand solutions. For example, the DB Navigator also comes from us.

• You will be responsible for coordinating and creating complex, international tenders for our globally distributed web and app-based mobility solutions.
• You will analyse tender documents and customer requirements in detail and work closely with the specialist departments to develop the centrepiece: competitive bid strategies and technical solution concepts.
• You will independently manage the entire bidding process and work closely with technical experts, project management, sales, legal and controlling to ensure that all requirements are met and all risks are taken into account.
• An important aspect of your work is the accurate calculation of project budgets and the customer-orientated preparation of technical and commercial documentation.
• You will ensure that all bid strategies meet the complex requirements and in this way actively contribute to success.

What do you bring along?

• You have a university degree (Master's), e.g. in engineering, IT or business administration.
• You also have many years of professional experience in bid management or in the preparation of bids for complex technical solutions, ideally in an IT-orientated environment.
• You approach complex topics in a structured and solution-orientated way, you grasp interrelationships quickly and are able to communicate them clearly.
• You enjoy working together with the technical experts on the content of the tender and actively helping to shape technical solution concepts.
• Your strong customer orientation and high interest in technical topics help you to put together a convincing offer for the respective requirements in coordination with the various specialist departments.
• Very good written and spoken English and French will round off your profile. Knowledge of German or other languages is an advantage, but not essential.
