Business Data Analyst & CRM
Support in the design, development, and implementation of analytical solutions, assisting the business in making data-driven decisions. Manage all the company's internal databases, as well as contribute to the maintenance and development of internal tools such as the CRM and other matters related to Commercial Excellence.
Data governance & Analytics
- Collaborate in translating business needs into dashboards
- Support for the Data Management Lead, CRM Manager, and Daiichi-Sankyo Europe teams
- Perform custom data extractions for specific analyses or collaboration with other departments/providers
- Support the business customers with their commercial requirements by translating it into business intelligence solutions
- Collaborating closely with internal and external colleagues in a DevOps environment to ensure our infrastructure is suitable for the business needs
- Development of business rules in the reporting backend of our commercial data warehouse
- Develop & optimize business intelligence reports & datasets mainly in Power BI focusing on functionality, storytelling, and user experience
- Provide trainings and seminars to our commercial customers on our BI and data landscape
- Act as owner of existing report and data products and be responsible for maintenance, adjustments and optimization
- Assume responsibility for coordinating, implementing and testing new business requirements and specific functionalities and manage user acceptance tests
- Monitoring external data deliveries including data format and quality checking
- Provide ad-hoc analyses to our commercial customers as per their requirements
CRM:
- Supporting being Liaison to DSE HQ CRM contact person for system hosting and change management process. Helping ensuring alignment with regards to all functional CRM support topics such as change management process, data loading, and its release management.
- Act as primary point of contact for any functional & technical queries relating to the CRM system and OneKey Database for internal customers in the affiliate as well as local external vendors.
- Collect, define and follow up on accurate definitions of existing and new system change requests/ business requirements (via change management process). Be able to perform an end-to-end analysis and impact analysis of the request & ensure detailed documentation to enable approval by DSE CRM team and business process owner(s).
- Responsible for internal release communication with local business teams. Manage local priorities and expectations (internally and with 3rd partner).
- Ensure test support where needed for testing of business requirements and changes. Check and identify if technical requirements are met from the system provider and DSE HQ configuration team.
- Understanding of the local business processes and specialties that are being supported by the CRM software. Master entire processes and workflows. Local solution consultancy for business teams.
- Design and monitoring the processes related to CRM system (event invitations, consent, remote detailing, etc…). Monitor data quality entered into the system.
- Helping ensuring that the CRM and Digital platforms support the business needs of Commercial, Marketing, Medical, Market Access and other back-office business departments.
Profile required
- University degree
- 2-4 years of experience in Data Governance
- Demonstrated track record with SQL and DAX
- Proven ability to use PowerBi & other app (PowerQuery, PowerApps…)
- Experience working with Digital tools for effective collaboration (Teams, Whiteboard, Planner, Jira)
- Proven ability to work with data analytics platforms (Qlik, Tableau or similar)
- Experience in biotech-pharma and ideally onco-hematology
- Desirable experience in CRM implementation in a pharma company and maintenance
- Desirable experience managing IQVIA Healthcare Databases Management
