As a Content Manager / CMS Support Specialist, you support our client in maintaining their websites. You independently manage content in the CMS, advise, and train the client on their system. With us, you'll learn about technically complex topics, various CMS platforms, and get to know different clients. Here, you can explore a selection of our references and projects.
About the job
- With your team, you manage our international customer websites and make sure everything runs smoothly. You help a lot during big migrations and moving to a new CMS.
- You’ll learn about different content management systems. You also take charge in customer communication, helping with both technical and content-related questions.
- Whether it’s fixing a broken page, choosing the right template, setting up a website, or explaining a new CMS - you analyze the needs and provide great support over the phone, in video calls, or by email. You log and handle requests in our ticket system on your own.
- You run training sessions, both inside the company and for customers, teaching them how to use the CMS safely. Even complex topics are explained in a simple way, so everyone can understand, even without technical knowledge.
Requirements

- Some knowledge of HTML, CSS, or experience with content management systems? That’s great, but not required.
- You’re curious, love learning, work in an organized and reliable way, and take on responsibility without hesitation.
- You’re all about digital: you’re internet-savvy, communicative, and stay calm when the phone, ticket system, emails, and chats all need your attention at once.
- You have strong German and good English skills? Perfect - that completes your profile.
