We are looking for an Engineer to join our Risk Assessment Engineering Team in Madrid reporting to the Head of Department (Hybrid workplace)
Your job:
- You apply your engineering knowledge in the assessment of risks and provide our client with insurance solutions that match their requirements.
- You listen and ask the right questions to build relationships and trust to your partners.
- You draft and negotiate terms and conditions of our reinsurance contracts.
- You are the first contact to our clients and colleagues to any technical question they may have.
- You keep constantly an eye on developments in your area of expertise to assess modern projects.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical / Mechanical / Civil / Industrial)
- +5 years of experience as an engineer, with exposure to site construction or operation and maintenance issues.
- Experience leading high-level negotiations and a basic understanding of contract law.
- To lead solutions using analytical and priority management.
- Create solutions through logical and creative techniques.
- Keen to learn constantly.
- Fluency in Spanish and English essential (both spoken and written).
