Creative Director (Superhero Edition)

What you’ll be doing:

• Crafting visuals that make people say "Wow" in a way they didn’t know was possible (and maybe even “I need this on a t-shirt”)
• Overseeing a team of creatives who might just be the next Van Gogh, Picasso, or Banksy-if they can stop arguing about fonts long enough to get to work.
• Brainstorming concepts with us, while drinking excessive amounts of coffee and pretending to understand what “synergy” really means.
• Turning impossible ideas into stunning designs that make people forget about their lunch break and scroll through our brand for hours.

Qualifications:

• You’ve got a portfolio that can make even the most jaded art critic pause for a second and say, “Okay, that’s actually really good.”
• You’ve been called a “visionary” or “mad scientist” at least three times in the last week.
• You speak fluent Pixel, Pantone, and Sarcasm.
• You can juggle multiple creative projects without breaking a sweat (or breaking the project… please don’t break the project).
• A strong understanding of design software-Bonus points if you’ve managed to design something on napkins during meetings.
• You have a deep, spiritual connection to the "undo" button.
