CRM Functional Analyst (f/m/d)
Aufgaben
The CRM Functional Analyst serves as a key bridge between business users and IT, ensuring that CRM platform developments align with functional needs and business objectives. This role is responsible for gathering and refining requirements, coordinating development processes, supporting user acceptance testing, and driving adoption of CRM enhancements while working closely with IT and rollout teams.
Facilitate monthly development process:
Represent the business team in the CRM development cycle, ensuring functional requirements are properly incorporated.
Coordinate with IT teams and external technical developers to track progress and ensure deliverables meet functional needs.
Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), working with business users, rollout managers, and IT
Continuously assess and document Microsoft Dynamics updates and CRM releases and evaluate their relevance and potential business impact.
Conduct training sessions and communications for business users and rollout teams to ensure proper adoption of new platform features.
Identify opportunities for process improvements in CRM usage, governance, and user workflows.
Qualifikationen
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 2 years experience in CRM platform operations, governance, or similar roles.
Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder collaboration, and process improvement within a CRM or business technology environment.
Hands-on experience with Agile SCRUM methodologies; SCRUM Master certification is a plus.
Proven experience working with IT teams and external developers on technical projects.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (preferred) or similar CRM platforms.
