Your mission

• Central order processing for all European branches.
• Recording and processing of customer and supplier orders including tracking the ship dates
• Import processing.
• RMA handling
• Supporting international and national suppliers and customers in close co-operation with their sales and purchasing teams.
• Close co-operation with Logistics, Sales, Warehouse and Finance

Your profile

• You have a commercial qualification, ideally in wholesale and foreign trade.
• You are process-oriented and well organised.
• You have experience in ERP systems.
• You have experience in centralised purchasing and / or sales in a B-t-B environment.
• You are a strong communicator and enjoy working in a team.
• You have an independent, target-orientated and structured way of working.
• You have excellent English skills, both in writing and speaking.
