As a (Junior) Customer Success Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in supporting and developing our customer relationships. Your mission: Help our customers unlock the full potential of the Climedo platform and achieve lasting value.
#Teamwithempathy: You will work closely with our customers and internal teams, acting as a vital link between them. This means you’ll gain insights into different departments within a dynamic startup while collaborating with our dedicated teams towards a common goal.
YOUR MISSION
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships - You act as a trusted partner, guiding our customers on their journey to success.
- Setting up customer studies professionally - You support our customers in making the best use of our platform and ensure their studies launch efficiently.
- Being the primary contact for customers - Whether it’s questions, challenges, or feedback, you are the go-to person and provide solutions that inspire.
- Onboarding & training - You ensure new customers get up to speed quickly by conducting onboarding sessions, product demos, and interactive workshops.
- Optimizing key success metrics - You keep our Customer Success metrics up to date and continuously work on improving them.
- Incorporating customer feedback into product improvements - You analyze data and feedback to collaborate with our team in enhancing the product.
- Maximizing customer value - Your goal is to ensure customers achieve long-term success with Climedo and derive maximum value from our solution.
- Managing projects from A to Z - You lead our internal project team and customers through the entire setup process, from initiation to a successful go-live and beyond.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a degree in healthcare, technology, management, or a related field and ideally have some initial experience in the healthcare sector. However, this is not a must-your willingness to learn and motivation are more important.
- You are highly engaged and an excellent communicator, ensuring our customers feel well-supported and their concerns are resolved efficiently.
- Your strong resilience and problem-solving skills allow you to stay organized and find solutions even in high-pressure situations.
- You have a keen eye for detail and are not afraid to take on responsibility.
- You enjoy diving deep into software-related topics and problem-solving to develop sustainable solutions.
- You are an organizational talent who can set priorities effectively and remain multitasking-capable in a dynamic environment.
- You have business-fluent German skills and communicate confidently in fluent English.
