Customer Support Representative (all genders)

As a Customer Support Representative, you are a central point of contact for our customers and internal stakeholders. You will quickly take on responsibility and have a significant influence on the satisfaction of our customers on a daily basis.
#Teamwithempathy: You will work closely with our Customer Success and QA teams. You will therefore have an absolute interface function and gain insights into various departments of a dynamic start-up while pulling in the same direction as our dedicated teams.

YOUR MISSION

  • You are primarily responsible for our support desk (Freshdesk) and are the central point of contact for all customer enquiries.
  • You will handle 1st level support requests, including technical questions, bugs and support with setups, independently and reliably.
  • You actively support the development of clinical studies and ensure that they are implemented smoothly.
  • You and the Customer Success Managers work closely together as a team to provide our key accounts with the best possible support and resolve their concerns.
  • You are an important interface between our QA team and Customer Support to ensure smooth communication and process coordination.
  • You will constantly drive forward the expansion and automation of our ticketing system in order to guarantee the efficient processing of enquiries. You will also work closely with QA and our Quality Management team to continuously improve our support processes in order to increase customer satisfaction.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a degree in healthcare, technology, management or similar and have ideally already gained some experience in the healthcare sector. However, this is not a must - your willingness to learn and motivation are more important.
  • You show commitment and demonstrate strong communication skills, which makes our customers feel well looked after and their concerns are resolved quickly.
  • Your strong resilience and problem-solving skills help you to maintain an overview and find solutions even in stressful situations.
  • You have an eye for detail and are not afraid to take on responsibility.
  • You enjoy familiarising yourself with software topics and delving deep into problems in order to develop sustainable solutions.
  • You can be described as an organisational talent who can set priorities and remain capable of multitasking even in a dynamic environment.
  • You are proficient in German and communicate confidently in fluent English.
