Ihre Aufgaben

Detailed analysis of current and future reporting and analytical needs
Definition of KPIs and alignment across systems
Prototyping (if needed)
Definition of harmonized reports for cancellations, retention, and upselling
Handover of requirements to the implementation team
Development support and user acceptance testing
Implementation (support) of cross-system reports/dashboards

Ihre Qualifikationen

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field
Strong knowledge in data engineering and advanced analytics
Proficiency in SQL and cloud-based big data environments such as GCP
Desirable: Familiarity with Tableau and Business Objects, as well as experience in subscriber business
Language skills in English OR German
