YOUR TASKS
We are a team of data analysts at PAYBACK's Munich office who love the challenge of working with exciting data, innovative models and the latest technologies. Together with our teams in Warsaw, we support our PAYBACK partners and business units.
As an experienced data analyst with us...
- you are responsible for the analytical support and further development of business units, channels and functions
- you analyze complex data with the aim of providing our partners with the best possible advice on both operational and strategic issues
- you create meaningful reports for the partners and business units in one of our self-service tools and are constantly look for opportunities for automation
- you are involved in the entire campaign process - from planning and targeting to cross-channel evaluation
- Working in an agile team, you provide ad hoc analysis and recommendations to optimize campaigns and identify new opportunities
- you work closely with your colleagues in Marketing, Partner Management, Analytics Account Management and Sales Operations on our partners’ requests
YOUR PROFILE
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a data analyst
- You have good application skills in Python, SQL and GBQ
- You have experience in data processing and analysis with GCP
- You have excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of data structures and campaign knowledge
- You have strong organizational skills and are able to keep a cool head in hot situations
- Proactive, innovative, creative and a team player
- You are highly self-motivated, assertive and have excellent communication skills
- You have a good command of German and English (B2 level)
