The Digitalization Consultant ensures the timely execution of projects aiming the installation of production lines in countries with poor infrastructure. The consultant supports coordinating the rollout of a standardized application and process landscape for these new sites. He/she coordinates with procurement, SCM, manufacturing, engineering and other relevant departments. All actives need to be coordinated with the respective project manager. The consultant prepares presentations for senior management to support decision making.

Responsibilities

• Helps the project team with experience when it comes to rollouts in countries with poor infrastructure.
• Determine activities required to implement new facilities in the existing applications.
• Plan for new systems which need to run on site.
• Coordinate activities with project management and other stakeholders
• Prepare convincing presentations to facilitate decisions.
• Drive procurement processes.
• Document decisions made by the team.
• Initiates and drives deployment of security installations at locations worldwide.
• Works according good praxis regulations established in the pharma industry.

Das gesuchte Profil:

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent with at least 7 years of relevant experience in pharma, operations and GxP in IT or process management.
• Experience with building pharmaceutical production environments.
• Work experience in countries with poor infrastructure
• Experienced with shop floor IT systems, like MES, LIMS and ideally SAP.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
