Your mission

  • Ensure a consistent standard of sales knowledge across global sales teams.
  • Review sales processes and adjust and /or add best practices where needed.
  • Establish a training academy to onboard new hires quickly and equip them with the necessary skills.
  • Collaborate closely with the Managing Directors of subsidiary companies to hire and train the right sales staff internationally.
  • Continuously assess the sales structure based on sales performance, competitor activities, and customer needs, and recommend optimizations when needed.
  • Develop advancement plans for high-performing sales members to help them take the next step in their careers.
  • Create development plans for underperformers, providing guidance on their future in sales.
  • Lead "train the trainer" programs, providing sales leadership with the insights needed to effectively communicate with their teams.
  • Work closely with HR to identify and engage potential external training providers.

Your profile

  • 10+ years of experience driving sales excellence.
  • Hands-on sales experience.
  • Fluent in both English and German.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
  • Strong team player.
  • Internationally experienced, with a proven ability to work across multiple countries, showcasing strong intercultural skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Analytical skills for market analysis and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to establish efficient sales processes and improve services.
  • Expertise in workforce planning and talent development.
  • Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional departments.
  • Willingness to travel to work in person with our sales team globally.
