Ecosystem Success Manager (f/m/d) Insight Sales & Seller Relationship Management

We are seeking for an experienced value driven and customer centric Success Manager to build trustful relationships with our Siemens Xcelerator Marketplace Sellers.In this pilot role you will be responsible for relationship management with our sellers on the Siemens Xcelerator Marketplace. You will ensure seller satisfaction and drive growth by helping sellers with their listing, positioning and selling via the platform. You will be using data, market trends and sellers feedback to improve the benefits and rewards we are providing to our Marketplace Sellers. Our goal is to enhance the platform experience resulting in retention, loyalty and business outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Seller Acquistion

  • Analyze new seller candidates and their portfolio
  • Take on responsibility for matching sellers value prop and technology to Siemens vertical portfolio and digital portfolio
  • Scouting for new Marketplace Sellers and innovative solutions and co-creation

Ecosystem and Seller Communication

  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across various industries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth seller onboarding, integration and success

Seller Advocacy & Success Management

  • Be responsible as the primary point of contact for assigned sellers, maintaining and growing relationships through regular communication
  • Engage with key stakeholders to analyze the value they’re getting from our platform and identify new opportunities
  • Be a mentor to team members and partners. Multiply your knowledge within our structure
  • Analyze seller’s performance on the marketplace and allocate seller benefits and marketplace rewards based on fulfilled requirements
  • Jointly with other departments, oversee targeted campaigns to drive ecosystem expansion in priority segments

Data Insights and Performance Metrics

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer retention rates, customer satisfaction scores (NPS), and revenue growth to ensure platform success
  • Manage Marketplace Seller`s feedback and consolidate for new platform requirements and product management

What you need to make real what matters.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Long term experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Data-driven mindset with experience on senior level in using insights to drive success metrics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple customers/partners
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer/partner needs
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Product Management, Marketing
  • Experience with marketplaces, digital platforms, SaaS and Software business models is a plus
  • Understanding of Siemens portfolio and ability to map to our external seller portfolio, defining joint value propositions
