Für unser Innovationteam suchen wir eine Person, die mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Zerspanung hat und diese Erfahrungen bei der Weiterentwicklung von hyperMill mit einbringen möchte.

Ihre Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte

• Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption, Entwicklung und Implementierung von Softwarelösungen in Entwicklungsprojekten
• Detaillierte Analyse von Kundenanforderungen einschließlich Kundenbesuche national und international
• Durchführung umfassender Softwaretests direkt auf der Maschine, einschließlich der Analyse und Dokumentation der Testergebnisse
• Entwicklung und Präsentation von Lösungen intern und beim Kunden
• Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Projekten und Benchmarks

Ihr Profil

• eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker/-in, als Werkzeugmechaniker/-in oder in einer vergleichbaren Richtung
• Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Zerspanung im Bereich Fräsen und / oder Drehen
• Umfassende Erfahrung mit mindestens einer CNC Steuerung
• eine proaktive und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
• ein hohes Maß an Analyse - und Innovationsfähigkeit
• fließende Deutsch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

What do a top mountain bike, an artificial hip joint and your smartphone have in common? We develop the software to manufacture these high-end products! We use hyperMILL® to control CNC machines and have the highest standards for performance and part quality.
We are one of the world's leading developers of high-performance CAD/CAM solutions - and have been for more than 30 years! Our innovative CAD/CAM technologies ensure significantly higher performance in the programming process and set international standards in machining production.
For our innovation team, we are looking for a person with several years of experience in machining who would like to contribute this experience to the further development of hyperMill.

Your main tasks

• Collaboration in the conception, development and implementation of software solutions in development projects
• Detailed analysis of customer requirements including national and international customer visits
• Execution of comprehensive software tests directly on the machine, including analysis and documentation of test results
• Development and presentation of solutions internally and to the customer
• Planning, coordination and execution of projects and benchmarks

Your profile

• Successfully completed training as a cutting machine operator, toolmaker or in a comparable field
• Several years of practical experience in machining in the field of milling and / or turning
• Extensive experience with at least one CNC control system
• A proactive and team-oriented way of working
• A high degree of analytical and innovative ability
• Fluent German and good English skills
