As an experienced project manager, you work closely with other teams within and outside the PAYBACK Data organization to drive forward one of the largest data projects currently underway - the Data Cloud Migration.

YOUR TASKS:

• As the interface between Data and the neighboring areas, your responsibilities will include planning, implementation, monitoring and documentation of the entire data migration to the cloud from initiation to completion
• You analyze and evaluate dependencies between the data products, the associated processes, and the responsible areas, and define milestones to achieve goals
• You scrutinize existing solutions and create transparency between the project stakeholders and towards PAYBACK management
• You coordinate the implementation in the respective divisions and their product crews, monitor the progress of the project and derive recommendations for action
• You ensure flawless communication with technical departments, including database administrators, software architects and the data platform crew
• You will identify of critical paths and potential project risks, as well as adapting the roadmap and developing risk mitigation strategies
• You will represent your project together with the cross-functional teams to our Leadership Team and the Executive Board
• Your primary focus will be the Data Cloud Migration project, but there will also be other projects

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or a related qualification
• You have several years of professional experience in project management, preferably in the data and tech environment
• You have a very good understanding of technical architectures, connections and interfaces
• You are able quickly and intensively immerse yourself in new and complex topics and coordinate their implementation
• Your approach to work is meticulous and precise, with a focus on attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
• You have a confident manner and excellent communication skills
• Experience in change management, knowledge of data migration and cloud environments, data mesh and IT security are advantageous
• Fluent German and/or English skills round off your profile
