Ihre Aufgaben

• Betreuung von Kundenportfolien ausgewählter Kunden
• Anlage und Prüfung von Stammdaten für die Investments der betreuten Kundenportfolien über alle relevanten Assetklassen (Private Equity, Private Debt, Fund Investments, ggfs. Real Estate) in unserem Kernsystem eFront
• Erfassung bzw. Import der Zielinvestment-Transaktionen über alle genannten relevanten Assetklassen hinweg im Kernsystem eFront, inkl. Erfassung von Valuations von Zielinvestments
• Unterstützung bei der Zahlungsabwicklung für vorhandene Zielinvestments aus den betreuten Kundenportfolien heraus
• Durchführung von Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen, sowohl regelmäßig als auch bei Bedarf unregelmäßig
• Eigenständige Klärung und Abstimmung der Datenlage im Falle von Differenzen zu externen Quellen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams aus dem Bereich Operations wie z.B. dem Accounting-Team und ggfs. der IT bei Auftreten von Besonderheiten zwecks schnellstmöglicher Lösungsfindung
• Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Automatisierung von Kontrollen bzw. der regelmäßigen Prozessoptimierung in unserem Kernsystem eFront oder anderer eingesetzter Tools im Bereich Operations
• Durchführung von Testaktivitäten bei Neuerungen und Erstellung von Dokumentationen zu internen (neuen bzw. aktualisierten) Prozessen

Ihr Profil

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Bank- oder Investmentfondskaufmann, Finanzbuchhalter:in bzw. ein Bachelor- oder Master-Studium mit Schwerpunkten in Finanzen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, o.ä.
• Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche oder in anderen Branchen mit relevantem Bezug zu Finanzthemen, z.B. durch Tätigkeiten im Bereich Treasury/Liquiditätssteuerung oder in der Softwareentwicklung wünschenswert
• Idealerweise Anwenderkenntnisse in gängigen Investment Management Systemen (eFront, Investran, SimCorp Dimension, etc.) bzw. im Middle- oder Back Office Bereich eines Fondsadministrators/KVG oder Asset Managers
• Kenntnisse zu verschiedenen Assetklassen und deren relevanten Instrumenten, idealerweise in der Private Capital Branche, sind von Vorteil
• Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Hohes Maß an Dienstleistungsorientierung gegenüber unseren Kunden
• Neugierde, Lernwilligkeit, Gewissenhaftigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Your mission

• Administration of client portfolios of selected clients
• Creation and verification of master data for the investments of the client portfolios managed across all relevant asset classes (private equity, private debt, fund investments, real estate if applicable) in our core system eFront
• Entry or import of target investment transactions across all relevant asset classes in the core system eFront, incl. entry of valuations of target investments
• Support with payment processing for existing target investments from the client portfolios managed
• Carrying out quality assurance measures, both regularly and irregularly if required
• Independent clarification and coordination of the data situation in the event of differences with external sources
• Working closely with other teams from Operations, e.g. the Accounting team and, if necessary, IT, to find solutions as quickly as possible in the event of anomalies
• Active participation in the automation of controls or regular process optimization in our core system eFront or other tools used in Operations
• Carrying out test activities for innovations and creating documentation for internal (new or updated) processes

Your profile

• Successfully completed training as a bank or investment fund clerk, financial accountant or a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on finance, business informatics or similar. Sound professional experience in the financial services industry or in other industries with relevant reference to financial topics, e.g. through activities in the area of treasury/liquidity management or in software development desirable
• Ideally, user knowledge of common investment management systems (eFront, Investran, SimCorp Dimension, etc.) or in the middle or back office area of a fund administrator/KVG or asset manager
• Knowledge of various asset classes and their relevant instruments, ideally in the private capital sector, is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• High degree of service orientation towards our clients
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, conscientiousness, sense of responsibility and communication skills
