As a G2M Business Process Specialist, you will be part of the Product Marketing Business Process Management Team where you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing our global go-to-market business process deliverables, ensuring seamless standardization, and driving continuous improvement. As a go-to person, you will own change management, establish critical interfaces, and foster knowledge sharing within our marketing communities.
In your new role, you will:
- Manage a segment of global go-to-market business process deliverables.
- Ensure adaptability and standardization of process deliverables across all divisions
- Own change management of process deliverables. Own process improvements.
- Establish an interface between a go-to-market process and go-to-market deliverables processes
- Own and maintain process documentation and trainings
- Act as a go-to person for go-to-market business process.
- Foster knowledge exchange and best practices sharing within marketing communities
- Support global projects
Your profile
As a highly skilled and ambitious professional, you bring together exceptional analytical skills, strategic thinking, and outstanding communication abilities to drive business success. You're poised to make a lasting impact with a collaborative mindset, a relentless drive for results, and a passion for continuous learning and growth.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field of studies
- At least 5 years of work experience in Business Process Management
- Experience in Marketing processes management
- Experience in the Semiconductor or High-tech Industry
- Experience in data analysis and reporting would be plus
- Experience in Project Management would be a plus
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
