Your mission
- Ensure and further develop global Supply Chain concept for Adragos (standards, guidelines, cross-site topics)
- Ensure Supply Chain transparency across sites incl. monitoring and improvement of KPIs like OTIF, Inventory
- Lead Strategic Procurement (for selected materials) incl. guidance of raw/packaging material tender
- Support the sites in procurement topics and negotiations with suppliers
- Establish digital Supply Chain and digital Customer Experiences together with IT
- Support M&A in terms of SCM set-up and MSA agreements and Post Merger Integration
- Group-wide guidance and alignment of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) together with the manufacturing sites
Your profile
- Long-term track record in SCM, thereof some years in Pharma or Consumer Goods
- Successful management & delivery of SCM projects (S&OP, KPIs, Procurement)
- Development of SCM structures in companies
- MSA negotiations skills are anadvantage
- Supply Planner experience is advantageous
- Very good communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Good legal understanding of supply contracts
- Ability to self-organize and to get things done independently

Adragos Pharma was founded in 2020 to build a leading global CDMO player in the Small Molecule space. We are pursuing an ambitious Buy&Build growth strategy: within the next three-five years, we will acquire and integrate pharmaceutical production sites in Europe and North America to become a market leader in the CDMO segment.
CDMOs (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization), produce approx. 25% of drugs that are available in pharmacies and clinics, thus playing a vital role in medication access for millions of patients globally. Due to the increasing pressure on healthcare systems (aging population, prevalence of chronic disease, etc.), the importance of CDMOs is only going to grow.
