Head of (Growth) Marketing (m/f/d)
Your Mission
We are looking for a Head of (Growth) Marketing (m/f/d) who is capable of generating high-quality leads to make RobCo the leading SMB automation company in Europe. With over €50 million in funding from renowned VCs such as Sequoia Capital and Lightspeed, as well as top-tier business angels like Daniel Dines and Torsten Reil, we are well-positioned to realize our vision.
Your responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute a multi-channel growth marketing strategy tailored to RobCo’s robotics solutions.
- Own the marketing funnel, tracking key metrics such as lead volume, MQLs, SQLs, customer retention, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Lead and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, display advertising, retargeting, etc.) to drive high-intent traffic and conversions.
- Oversee content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) initiatives to enhance lead nurturing and pipeline velocity.
- Partner with sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless lead handoff, customer retention, and alignment on revenue goals.
- Implement and optimize marketing automation, CRM tools, and lead-scoring frameworks to enhance efficiency.
- Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of growth marketing efforts and continuously
- Build and lead a high-performing growth marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Manage the marketing budget and track ROI of all marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for new marketing tactics and strategies.
Your Profile
- 3+ years in a commercial leadership role in a fast-paced setting
- Massive drive to make it happen: you’re energy is contagious, and your natural attitude is “Go Go Go”
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams to generate high quality and high quantity MQLs every quarter
- Proven experience developing and implementing successful marketing strategies, B2B growth marketing, demand generation
- You’re data-driven and will base your decisions on ROI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
