The department Global HR1.4 (Global People Strategy & Transformation) is responsible for HR digitization, people strategy development as well as project and change management. The subteam Global HR1.4.1 is responsible for Global HR Systems and Processes.
Wir SAP SuccessFactors and Ingentis we implement globally standardized HR processes, organizational depiction and related technology for the RI Group. We are looking for an enthusiastic Consultant to support our department in the further development and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors Org./Position Management and Ingentis Cloud.
This position is limited to 12 months.
Your Job
- You will be part of the HRIT team that is globally responsible for all HR Systems and digital Processes
- You will act as the responsible HRIT colleague for Org/Position Management in SuccessFactors and Ingentis Cloud and support the Global Process Owner and Global Process Expert to further develop the processes to ensure business needs are met
- By solving complex, related issues in close collaboration with IT colleagues, you will be responsible as Global Process Expert (GPE) to support our regional hubs on SF Org./Position Management matters
- You will ensure an integrated and standardized approach in your areas of responsibility, making sure to provide a solid base for global reporting and analytics
- You will monitor and update overall authorization policies and manuals
- You will implement processes to ensure high data quality globally
- You will liaise with our Strategy Department and support with advisory on the further development of Ingentis Cloud
- You will ensure that the HR community is well informed by participating in communication and change management related to HR technology platforms and processes
Your Profile
- You are experienced with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Ingentis Cloud
- You have a passion for technical detail and want to understand interdependencies
- Good knowledge of HR processes and how they are supported is familiar to you
- You have a good understanding of business context, processes and feasibility from a cost-benefit perspective
- You enjoy details, have an inquisitive and patient mindset and don’t give up until you found the reason for e.g. a bug
- You have a service orientated nature and possess first experiences in project management
- Very good analytical/problem solving skills and the ability to think globally and network complete your profile
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English
