For our well-known customer Siemens Energy we are looking for a new team member!
Your Tasks
Support the set up and implementation of the CSRD (Corporate Sustainabilty Reporting Directive) Project in HR
Manage project documentation, including policies and procedures
Prepare external and internal reporting audits
Provide support for HR disclosure activities, including data gathering, formatting, and ensuring accuracy and completeness
Assist in the collection and organization of HR sustainability-related data, such as surveys, assessments, or sustainability performance metrics.
Assist in the project coordination, including organizing meetings, and documenting meeting minutes.
Support the development and maintenance of internal communication materials related to the project efforts, including newsletters, intranet content, or presentations.

Your Profile

Bachelor´s degree in HR, Sustainability, or related field
Several years of experience in HR, project coordination, or related roles
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with document management systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in both German and English
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
