HubSpot Developer (Freelance)

Your mission
- Develop and optimize HubSpot CMS themes, templates, and modules.
- Implement HubL-based custom solutions and ensure front-end excellence (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Customize HubSpot CRM workflows, automation, and segmentation for lead management.
- Design and execute email automation, smart CTAs, and personalized content strategies.
- Optimize SEO, Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP), and site performance.
- Track and analyze user engagement, conversions, and campaign effectiveness using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and ad tracking tools.
Your profile
- Proven expertise in HubSpot CMS & CRM customization.
- Strong front-end development skills with HubL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with marketing automation, lead nurturing, and behavioral triggers.
- Ability to implement SEO best practices and optimize for performance.
- Familiarity with ad tracking, analytics, and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
