Wie findet man die besten neuen Mitarbeiter? Wie werden Rohstoffe eingekauft? Und was steckt eigentlich hinter der Buchhaltung? Mit einer Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann bei attocube bekommst du Antworten auf diese Fragen und erlebst hautnah, wie ein modernes produzierendes Unternehmen funktioniert. Nach deinem erfolgreichen Abschluss beherrschst du sämtliche kaufmännische Abläufe in den Bereichen Personal, Einkauf, Vertrieb sowie Finanz- und Rechnungswesen. So kannst du direkt durchstarten und deine erlernten Fähigkeiten im Berufsleben einsetzen!
Was Dich erwartet
- In unserer Personalabteilung wirkst du bei der Gewinnung und Einstellung neuer Mitarbeitenden mit und unterstützt uns bei der Betreuung unserer Kolleginnen und Kollegen
- Du jonglierst gerne mit Zahlen? Dann bist du genau richtig in unserer Finanzbuchhaltung. Hier erhältst du Einblick in die Verbuchung und Bilanzierung von kaufmännischen Geschäftsvorfällen
- In unserem Einkaufsteam erlernst du wie die notwendigen Rohstoffe, die für die Fertigung unserer Produkte, eingekauft und termingerecht zur Verfügung gestellt werden
- Da sich bei uns alles um die Fertigung von technologisch anspruchsvollen Produkten dreht, lernst du außerdem den Prozess von der Planung bis hin zur Steuerung und Kontrolle des Produktionsablaufes
- Du hast gerne Kundenkontakt? In unserem nationalen und internationalen Vertriebsteam erfährst du alles über die Angebotserstellung, Auftragsbearbeitung und die Kundenbetreuung
- Grundlegende Fähigkeiten, die im täglichen Büroalltag Anwendung finden, z.B. die professionelle Kommunikation per Mail, Telefon und persönlich
Was Du mitbringst
- Erfolgreicher Schulabschluss - mittlere Reife oder (Fach-) Abitur
- Gute Noten in Mathematik, Rechnungswesen oder Wirtschaft, Deutsch und Englisch
- Interesse an kaufmännischen Prozessen und Spaß am Organisieren & Planen
- Gute PC-Kenntnisse
- Freude an der Arbeit im Team sowie daran Neues zu erlernen

Introduction
How do you find the best new employees? How are raw materials purchased? And what is actually behind the bookkeeping? With an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at attocube, you will get answers to these questions and experience first-hand how a modern manufacturing company works. After successfully completing your training, you will have mastered all commercial processes in the areas of HR, purchasing, sales, finance and accounting. This means you can hit the ground running and use the skills you have learned in your professional life!
Your Responsibilities and Duties
- In our HR department, you will be involved in recruiting and hiring new employees and support us in looking after our colleagues
- Do you like juggling numbers? Then our financial accounting department is the right place for you. Here you will gain an insight into the booking and accounting of commercial transactions
- In our purchasing team, you will learn how the raw materials required to manufacture our products are purchased and made available on time
- As everything at our company revolves around the manufacture of technologically sophisticated products, you will also learn the process from planning through to managing and controlling the production process
- Do you enjoy customer contact? In our national and international sales team, you will learn everything about preparing quotations, order processing and customer support
- Basic skills that are used in everyday office life, e.g. professional communication by email, telephone and in person
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Successful school-leaving certificate - intermediate school-leaving certificate or (technical) high school diploma
- Good grades in mathematics, accounting or economics, German and English
- Interest in commercial processes and enjoy organizing and planning
- Good PC skills
- Enjoy working in a team and learning new things
