• Experience of successful team leadership and working in a matrix organization
• Graduation in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, business informatics or similar
• Many years of experience and success in digital marketing
• Experience and success in sales environments and upselling
• Expertise in campaign management and optimization (retail media, SEA, etc.)
• Good understanding of ad server, DSP, SSP and analytics systems
• Experience in working in an international team / matrix organization
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with digital advertising products
• Very good understanding of retail media / programmatic and data driven advertising products and their value propositions
• Operationally agile to succeed in a fast paced, new and rapidly growing business environment
• Quick comprehension of complex contexts and strong communication skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English (Italian, Spanish or Polish speaking skill are a plus)
