Influencer Marketing Manager (f/m/x)

Your mission
Support our Influencer & Affiliate Marketing team full-time (40h/week) starting February 1st.
- Collaborate with our Influencer Marketing team.
- Find influencers on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, and our database.
- Build influencer pipelines, propose deals, and analyze audience insights for alignment.
- Negotiate costs and deliverables, run campaigns, and analyze performance.
- Strengthen relationships with long-term influencers and rebook campaigns.
- Innovate and expand collaborations with Micro-Influencers to Celebrities.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners across platforms.
- Build lasting relationships with affiliates and optimize performance.
- Create and manage affiliate marketing assets and analyze campaign performance.
- Solve technical issues with affiliate platforms and tracking systems.
- Stay updated on trends to refine influencer and affiliate strategies.
Your profile
- You already know some Influencer Marketing and Affiliate Marketing for 1-2 years and consider yourself a sales-driven person.
- You rock in negotiation and are ready to go the extra mile to achieve goals.
- You are familiar with CRM or sales tools.
- You are interested in marketing kpi’s and want to learn how to make great decisions based on data.
- Organization and strong communication skills are part of your profile.
- Mandatory: You are fluent in English, verbal, and writing.
- Mandatory: You are fluent in Spanish and/or French.
- You love social media and keep yourself up to date with new trends.
- Are confident in creating newsletters and affiliate materials.
- Have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Are proficient in tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and affiliate tracking platforms.
- Our Influencer Marketing department is a performance/sales-driven channel. This position involves a lot of campaign negotiation, but you will not be creating content or managing social media.
