Bosch Building Technologies is divided into the international product business and the regional system integration business. Currently, the three product areas of video systems, access control & intrusion detection systems and communication systems as well as the associated cross-divisional functions within the division are to be set up as an independent unit and then further developed as a sustainable core business by a new owner.
- International and interdisciplinary cooperation: As Inhouse Consultant - CRM Service / SAP SD, you will be part of the new company to be set up in the future and thus contribute to a globally networked team of around 4300 colleagues operating in over 50 countries.
- You are responsible for the design and implementation of business and IT processes in order, contract and service management. In this role you implement IT solutions based on SAP CRM Service and SAP SD/LE applying agile implementation methods.
- The analysis and optimization of processes in cooperation with the respective business departments as well as the Second Level Support for the process area are part of your tasks.
- You frequently align with other process areas, thereby ensuring consistent integrated process- and IT solutions.
Profil
- Education: completed university studies in business administration, information management, business engineering or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, a relevant apprenticeship as well as extensive specialist skills and qualified trainings or a comparable qualification
- Experience and Knowledge: many years of experience in functional configuration, design, and implementation of IT solutions in SAP CRM Service and SAP SD/LE. First experiences in (sub-) project management as well as technical knowledge, also in programming, are advantageous. S4 migration experiences for Service Management are beneficial. Furthermore, deep understanding of order, contract and service management processes. Additionally, excellent skills in SAP CRM Service and SAP ERP modules SD/LE incl. middleware
- Personality and Working Practice: excellent communication skills and a confident behavior. In addition, structured and goal-oriented working style as well as strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills. Along with, cooperative, positive, entrepreneurial, agile, and future oriented mindset
- Work Routine: willingness to travel up to 30%
- Languages: very good communication skills in written and spoken English and German
