Your Tasks:
- International support of the entire recruiting process from sourcing, selection to onboarding
- Focus on the Benelux market with offices in Hasselt, Brussels and Utrecht
- Creation of requirement profiles and target group specific job advertisements
- Active sourcing in LinkedIn
- Communication with applicants and candidates in the context of applicant management
- Organization and implementation of events, trade fairs and innovative personnel marketing measures
- Continuous training of hard and soft skills
Your Profile
- Experience in operational recruiting, ideally in the area of SAP recruiting
- Experience in Actice Sourcing with LinkedIn and Xing desirable
- Degree in business administration or a comparable degree or qualification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative way of working and desire for agile teamwork
- Interest in building and maintaining networks
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- French language skills desirable
