Meet our Team:
Join our team that works closely with middle management on strategic and tactical initiatives to drive business improvements and innovation. We analyze OEM requests, assist with product development, support project management, and collaborate across various functions to ensure seamless execution.
Make an Impact by:
- Support business line managers and team leads with operational tasks and ongoing projects
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive alignment and project success
- Design engaging, professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences
- Track project progress, maintain documentation, and follow up on key deliverables
- Establish and manage governance structures to support efficient decision-making
- Prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, manage timekeeping, and track follow-up actions
- Maintain and update Confluence pages to ensure organized and accessible information
- Coordinate with stakeholders to track tasks and ensure timely project execution
- Coordinate with stakeholders including OEM’s such as : BMW , Mercedes, Nene, Toyota, Lexus, Hyundai, Kia ,Smart, MG, Polestar and Volvo
Your profile
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. C1 in English or/and German required
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - especially in PowerPoint
- Knowledge of the automotive and electromobility industry is a plus
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
