Internal Control Systems Support Maternity Cover

Purpose:
Support in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the Internal Control System (ICS) and drive continuous improvement.
This job position is for a limited period of time of 6 months to cover maternity leave. Suitable for a student or a person on maternity.
Your main responsibilities

• Liaise with process owners to support the identification of risks within the respective processes and facilitate the design of corresponding controls
• Reclassify in close coordination with process owners the 4x4 risk matrix to a 5x5 risk matrix assessing the underlying processes
• Conduct regular ICS assessments
• Ensure ICS related improvement measures from the 1st, 2nd and 3rd line of defense are assessed and implemented
• Maintain and enhance the ICS documentation

Your profile

• University student or Master degree
• Experience in the energy industry is advantage
• Knowledge of the internal control systems is a plus
• Knowledge of business process management
• Experience in BPMN 2.0 and/or Signavio is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Ability to evaluate risks
• Strong analytical skills and structured thinker
• Detail oriented
