Die Audi Business Innovation GmbH wurde 2013 als hundertprozentige Tochtergesellschaft der AUDI AG gegründet und spielt eine maßgebliche Rolle bei der Gestaltung des aktuellen digitalen Wandels in der Automobilindustrie.
Als Unternehmen, das sich auf digitale End-to-End Produktentwicklung und Innovation spezialisiert hat, entwickelt die Audi Business Innovation neuartige Produkte und Plattformen, mit dem Ziel, Audi Kunden ein ganzheitliches digitales Fahrerlebnis und mehr bewusste Zeit im Auto zu ermöglichen.
Die Expertise erstreckt sich von Trend- und Marktanalysen über die Entwicklung digitaler, kundenzentrierter Services und Geschäftsmodelle bis hin zu deren Implementierung entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette.
Als Innovationsinkubator ist das Unternehmen Treiber der Entwicklung von zusätzlichen digitalen Angeboten rund um das Fahrzeug und darüber hinaus. Das Auto entwickelt sich vom reinen Fortbewegungsmittel immer mehr zum Experience Device. Parallel werden die Audi Fahrer_innen immer mehr zum User. Diesen Prozess treibt die Audi Business Innovation GmbH mit digitalen Services und Erlebnissen, die neu sind und den Audi Kunden in ihrem Lebensalltag unterstützen und inspirieren.
Die Audi Business Innovation GmbH hat ihren Sitz in München.
Die Stelle ist ab August für mindestens 6 Monate als Praktikum (Vollzeit) oder als Werkstudententätigkeit (ca. 17 Stunden pro Woche) zu besetzten.

Was dich auf deiner Mission erwartet

• Du betreust gemeinsam mit dem Team unsere Standorte in technischer, organisatorischer und infrastruktureller Hinsicht
• Deine Verantwortung ist es sicherzustellen, dass sich unsere Mitarbeitenden im Büro wohlfühlen und eine Arbeitsatmosphäre vorfinden, die Kreativität und Produktivität fördert
• Du bringst innovative Ideen zur Förderung der hybriden Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der Audi Business Innovation GmbH ein und setzt diese um
• Außerdem unterstützt du das lokale IT-Team bei alltäglichen Aufgaben
• Du installierst, konfigurierst und wartest technische Systeme und Netzwerke sowie die dazugehörigen Hard- und Softwarekomponenten
• Die Koordination von Wartungen, Inspektionen, Instandsetzungen und Reparaturen in Absprache mit der Hausverwaltung und den Eigentümern gehört ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben, um den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer Standorte sicherzustellen
• Zusätzlich hilfst du bei der Organisation von anstehenden Umzügen, einschließlich der Planung neuer Standorte, und unterstützt bei der Durchführung von Workshops und Veranstaltungen sowohl innerhalb als auch außerhalb der Audi Business Innovation GmbH

Was du mitbringst

• Du bist an einer Universität/Hochschule in einem IT-nahem Bereich eingeschrieben und hast Interesse an einem Studentenjob in einem erfolgreichen Unternehmen
• Du hast gute MS- Office Kenntnisse und eine Affinität für Technik
• Du hast Spaß an innovativen Themen
• Du hast ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
• Du hast eine selbstständige und engagierte Arbeitsweise
• Du hast Spaß im Umgang mit Menschen, Technik sowie elektronischen Komponenten und bist in der Welt der Computersysteme und Netzwerke zu Hause
• Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Was wünschenswert wäre

• Eine Hands-on Mentalität und ein handwerkliches Geschick sind von Vorteil

The position is to be filled for at least 6 months from August onwards as an internship (full-time) or as a working student activity (approx. 17 hours per week).

Your mission

• Together with the team, you will look after our locations in technical, organisational and infrastructural terms
• Your responsibility is to ensure that our employees feel comfortable in the office and find a working atmosphere that promotes creativity and productivity
• You will contribute innovative ideas to promote hybrid collaboration within Audi Business Innovation GmbH and implement them
• You will also support the local IT team with day-to-day tasks
• You will install, configure and maintain technical systems and networks as well as the associated hardware and software components
• The coordination of maintenance, inspections, repairs and repairs in consultation with the property management and the owners is also part of your tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our locations
• In addition, you will help organize upcoming moves, including planning new locations, and support the implementation of workshops and events both inside and outside Audi Business Innovation GmbH

What you need to succeed

• You are enrolled at a university/college in an IT-related field and are interested in a student job in a successful company
• You have good MS Office skills and an affinity for technology

• You have strong analytical and conceptual skills
• You have an independent and committed way of working
• You enjoy dealing with people, technology and electronic components and are at home in the world of computer systems and networks
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
