We are currently looking for a full-time IT Project Manager to act as the central IT contact person within our company to drive the development and implementation of IT strategies, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- You are mainly involved in the planning and implementation of IT projects as part of requirements management, including budget and timelines.
- You ensure the smooth and effective operation of our organization's technological infrastructure.
- You work closely with our external IT service providers to solve daily challenges in the administration, optimization and support of the existing system environment.
- You provide strategic support and advice to management on the design of policies, company standards and the negotiation of contracts for support and IT purchases with vendors and service providers.
- You develop and document IT operating concepts for the network environment and all entrusted applications.
- You work with other departments and external parties to determine technology requirements and develop software solutions or optimize technology and systems.
- You ensure that the technical requirements for compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards relating to data protection and IT security are met.
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed studies in information technology or completed training as an IT specialist with further training in project management and business management knowledge; career changers with experience are also welcome.
- Interest in new technologies and subject areas.
- Consolidated experience in administration and consulting in the field of IT environments desirable.
- Ability to work and lead in a team, initiative, time management, reliability, sense of responsibility and assertiveness.
- Independent, structured, goal- and solution-orientated way of working.
- Good knowledge of IT security is an advantage.
- Ideally knowledge of the regulated GxP environment.
- Fluent in English and German (B2**)**
