IT System Administrator (f/m/d)

Join Burak's Enterprise IT team as an IT System Administrator in our Munich office and work alongside two experienced professionals in Berlin. You’ll manage, optimize, and enhance the systems and tools that power our business operations, ensuring a seamless experience for every employee and partner.
Make an impact
In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our IT infrastructure, with responsibilities that will keep you at the cutting edge of technology while allowing you to make a tangible difference every day.
System Management:
- Oversee and manage the Azure application layer, including SharePoint, Exchange, Office365, Azure AD, Intune/Endpoint, and TEAMS
- Administer and maintain Confluence and JIRA Cloud
- Manage system access controls across all platforms
- Manage the imaging of Windows, Mac and iPhone devices
Technical Asset & Network Management:
- Maintain and monitor technical assets and network resources
- Maintain and monitor Meeting room devices
- Ensure smooth operations of LAN, WAN, and other active components
Collaboration & Documentation:
- Collaborate on internal team projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Create, maintain, and update technical documentation
End-User Support:
- Respond to and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests submitted by end-users
- Work on onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and partners
Your profile
We’re looking for a talented individual with a skillset that combines technical expertise, problem-solving prowess, and a user-centric mindset:
- Deep understanding of Microsoft applications and architectures, including Azure AD and cloud operations
- Experience with device management solutions to ensure seamless operations for macOS, Windows, and mobile phones
- Solid grasp of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, and active components)
- The ability to streamline processes and build efficiencies through scripting and automation tools
- Expertise in dealing with customers at all levels, adaptable, welcoming of change, and communicating changes to customers
- Good administrative experience, attention to detail, accuracy of data, reporting and processing of information
- Both excellent verbal and written proficiency in English, German is a plus
