About ITM
ITM is a privately owned biotechnology and radiopharmaceutical group of companies dedicated to the development, production and global supply of targeted diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals and radioisotopes for use in cancer treatment. We are developing a proprietary portfolio and growing pipeline of targeted treatments in various stages of clinical development addressing cancers such as neuroendocrine cancers or bone metastases. Our main objectives are to significantly improve treatment outcomes and quality of life for cancer patients through a new generation of Targeted Radionuclide Therapies in Precision Oncology. The headquarters are located in the heart of the research center of the Technical University of Munich (TUM).

Lead Statistician (f/m/d)
Your role
- Take the statistical lead for one or more ITM clinical projects in the role of a project statistician, thus facilitating the overall organization and coordination of all statistical activities regarding the ITM clinical development of the project
- Facilitate the overall organization and coordination of statistical activities for important studies and projects
- Lead virtual teams of statisticians and representatives of other functions
- Influence decision making processes during clinical drug development by use of appropriate statistical methodology (e.g., simulations, meta-analyses, or modeling approaches)
- Work independently at medium complex and complex statistical questions and tasks
- Lead the development and evolution of standard processes for routine assessments in clinical development as well as project specific standards
- Respond to inquiries from health authorities and other internal or external partners
Your profile
- Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field preferred
- 4+ years of experience as statistician, with significant time spent in pharma, biotech, or similar sector
- Excellent project management, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge in statistical programming languages (including SAS and/or R)
- Extensive knowledge of advanced statistical methods and regulatory guidelines
- Professional proficiency in both spoken and written English
