Role description:
Arcadis is looking for an experienced leadership candidate to lead our corporate decarbonisation strategy and PPA-advisory team and strengthen our Sustainable Operations and Socio Permitting Business Unit, preferably in our Munich or Berlin offices.

Role accountabilities:
As Team Leader you'll lead a performance driven and client-oriented team of experts in the field of corporate and industrial decarbonisation. Your tasks and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Grow and develop the team in line with the Arcadis regional and corporate strategies and growth targets
- Manage multidisciplinary and multinational projects focused on reaching our client’s decarbonisation/nett-zero targets
- Provide bespoke advisory services to a broad range of clients across multiple market sectors
- Ownership and responsibility for financial and non-financial performance of the team
- Liaese with our global excellence centres to streamline and standardise processes, while maintaining a made-to-fit delivery approach
- Support the Business Unit management in establishing a new corporate strategy and PPA-advisory team within the framework of the existing SO/SP-Business unit Develop and actively promote integration, knowledge exchange and cross-team collaboration within the business unit and the wider Arcadis organisation
- Support / lead multi-disciplinary tender processes in the fields of corporate and industrial decarbonisation and/or decarbonisation of energy supply
- Together with our growth organisation, develop go-to-market implementation strategies to expand our services with key and emerging clients
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree or equivalent in a related subject
- Minimum 10 years relevant work experience, preferably in fields related to decarbonisation strategy and/or green energy purchasing
- Minimum 3 years leadership experience in a related field
- Experience in developing and maintaining a strong client network
- Proven track record in the management of relevant projects or programmes
- Entrepreneurial attitude with economic drive and a growth and diversity mindset
- Organisational talent, high flexibility and agility, confidence in dealing with stress and uncertainty, strong communication skills
- Fluency in the English language
- Proficiency in German is an advantage but not strictly necessary
- Local flexibility required with regard to business trips
