About ITM
ITM is a privately owned biotechnology and radiopharmaceutical group of companies dedicated to the development, production and global supply of targeted diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals and radioisotopes for use in cancer treatment. We are developing a proprietary portfolio and growing pipeline of targeted treatments in various stages of clinical development addressing cancers such as neuroendocrine cancers or bone metastases. Our main objectives are to significantly improve treatment outcomes and quality of life for cancer patients through a new generation of Targeted Radionuclide Therapies in Precision Oncology. The headquarters are located in the heart of the research center of the Technical University of Munich (TUM).

Manager IFRS Reporting (f/m/d)
Your role
- Erstellung des externen Reporting im Rahmen des IFRS-Konzernabschlusses auf Monats- Quartals- und Jahresbasis
- Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung des internen Informationsflusses und der Prozesse innerhalb der Fachbereiche hinsichtlich interner und externer Berichterstattung
- Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der für das externe Reporting relevanten ERP/IT - Systeme (z.B. S4/HANA, LucaNet, Workiva)
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung des IFRS-Konzernabschlusses im Konsolidierungssystem
- Mitwirkung bei der Analyse und Umsetzung neuer Rechnungslegungsvorschriften, Erstellung von IFRS Accounting Memos sowie Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der ITM-Konzernbilanzierungsrichtlinien
- Durchführung und Dokumentation von internen Kontrollen
- Unterstützung bei operativen Tätigkeiten im Finanzbereich (z.B. Intercompany Allokationen, Zahlungsfreigaben und Durchführung von Zahlläufen, Vorbereitung von Buchungsjournalen und Konsolidierungsbuchungen)
- Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und externe Berater
Your profile
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre/Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt internationaler Rechnungslegung oder vergleichbaren Schwerpunkten
- Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich eines (idealerweise börsennotierten) international tätigen Unternehmens und/oder in einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der IFRS-Rechnungslegung und den entsprechenden Reporting-Anforderungen. Gute HGB-Kenntnisse und Kenntnisse zum Steuerrecht sind wünschenswert
- Hohe Kommunikationsbereitschaft mit den Fachbereichen und Stakeholdern
- Sicherer Umgang mit GuV, Bilanz, Kapitalflussrechnung und Anhang sowie Erfahrung in der Finanzanalyse (IFRS / HGB)
- IT- Affinität für ERP/IT Systeme sowie sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Erfahrung mit der Konsolidierungs- und Planungssoftware LucaNet von Vorteil
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Konzeptionelles Denkvermögen, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Leistungsbereitschaft
