Diese Aufgaben warten auf Sie:
Generate and roll-out of Medical skill training toolkit in close collaboration with and based on needs of Medical Functions
Support design of comprehensive training modules in collaboration with subject matter experts focusing on most relevant medical competencies
Develop and maintain standards for training in collaboration with regional and local stakeholders
Assess, develop and conduct/facilitate trainings for e.g. communication, data interpretation, insight gathering and sharing skills
Establish mechanisms to assess training effectiveness, analyse outcomes, and implement continuous improvements
Provide continuous support, regularly update training content, and foster a learning culture within the medical team
Stimulate Medical / Scientific discourse amongst affiliate Medicals
Coordinate recent, relevant publication interpretation, presentation, discussion meetings and trainings
Track participation and engagement levels, gather feedback, and adjust training to enhance interaction and knowledge exchange
Develop standardized, harmonized Medical onboarding plans on a regional and local level
Was Sie mitbringen sollten:
University Degree in Life Science
5-8 years of experience
Excellent didatic, inter-personal and communication skills
Strong, cross-functional team player
Experience and enthusiasm working in a fast-changing environment
Ability to manage several complex tasks at the same time
Hands-on mentality, can-do attitude, excited by change and new opportunities
Fluency in written and spoken English as well as preferably in another European language
Understanding of compliant gathering and interpretation of HCP / patient insights
Experience in cardiovascular disease area is a plus
Medical background and good understanding of the different roles and functions within the pharmaceutical industry
Strong IT and data analysis skills
