Realytix Zero has become one of the core pillars within Underwriting Technologies of Munich Re´s Digital Solutions P&C division. The business development especially in LatAm is extremely strong and much more collaboration potential within Digital Solutions P&C will be leveraged going forward.
Realytix Zero - a worldwide scalable Technology Platform (i.e. rules and pricing engine) to digitize & automate the underwriting of single risk business based on self-configuration for our business owners. The highly motivated team consists of colleagues with a broad range of know how - UW, IT Developers, Pricing experts, Actuaries, IT Platform Architects and Data Engineers and applies agile methodologies.
For this dynamic and diverse team we provide an exciting role for a Customer Success Manager who will be able to consult our internal and external clients in the digitization of new or existing insurance or reinsurance products. You will be able to support our business development in Latin America and support our strong growth in the whole region. You will be able to influence technological platform developments and communicate those actively, also externally.
Ultimately business development to grow the business transacted is the most important goal for the whole Realytix Zero & Underwriting Technologies Team.
YOUR JOB
- Consulting proactively our clients, in the implementation and run phase to increase the volume of the business transacted exponentially
- Being responsible for executing projects and delivering a superior client experience, management of project pipeline and resource allocation
- Support in identifying new business opportunities with internal clients (Client Teams) and external clients (Insurers, MGAs and Munich Re Group Companies) to digitize & automate the underwriting of new or existing insurance or reinsurance products
- Proactively monitor and manage customer satisfaction, seeking opportunities for continuous improvement with our internal & external clients
- Develop and maintain training concepts to ensure clients are proficient in using Realytix Zero
- Understanding the platform capabilities and contributing actively (in a joint IT and Business approach) to the further platform development
- Oversight of the customer board to ensure it is an accurate reflection of ongoing activity
- Strong collaboration with the Realytix Team in Munich and New York
- Support our social media activity
YOUR PROFILE
- Underwriting experience in either Property, Casualty, Cyber, Aviation or Life Underwriting (treaty or facultative) to understand concepts for Automated UW prototypes / products
- Quick uptake and creative solution finding, open-minded thinking and very good decision-making capabilities, positive management of time constraints, strong communication and intercultural skills
- Strong bias for action, act self-responsible including the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Quick and good understanding of different insurance or reinsurance underwriting and pricing approaches
- Agile Project Management skills (Insurance, Reinsurance, IT or other)
- Fluent business Spanish and English mandatory; additional languages are an asset
