Deine Aufgaben
- Du bist zuständig für die Erstellung eines Gesamtprojektplans auf Systemebene für die Drive Unit, Batterie und VCU, etc.
- Dazu gehören Dokumentation, Terminplannachverfolgung und Aussteuerung der Projekte
- In deiner Rolle unterstützt du außerdem das Projektmanagement im Rahmen eines PMO für die oben genannten Bereiche (System Owner Office Management)
- Du steuerst aktuelle Top Themen, Risiken und Aufgaben, mit Hauptfokus auf den Terminplan, aus
- Du bist jederzeit in der Lage die aktuelle Projektsituation darzustellen und Handlungsempfehlungen für die weitere Vorgehensweise im Projekt abzugeben
- Als Samples Manager bist du verantwortlich für eine termingerechte Sample Bereitstellung und die Entwicklung eines Sample Management Prozess sowie die operative Führung
- Dazu stimmst du dich mit allen relevanten Schnittstellen in und außerhalb des Unternehmens ab und kümmerst dich um eine abteilungsübergreifende Ressourcen und Bedarfsplanung
Dein Profil
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du hast 6-7 Jahre Erfahrung im leitenden Projekt- und/oder Produktmanagement vorzuweisen, idealerweise im Bereich Systemintegration
- Idealerweise hast du bereits Expertise in der Automotive Branche sammeln können und verstehst Projektmanagement in einem herausfordernden Umfeld
- Du verstehst es, ein interdisziplinäres Team zu führen und dieses mit deinen ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten nach seinen Stärken auszusteuern
- Du hast eine große Leidenschaft und einen Weitblick für die Entwicklung von technischen Produkten
- Dich zeichnen exzellente Kenntnisse in Projektmanagementmethoden und -tools, einschließlich agiler Methoden wie Scrum oder Kanban aus
- Ebenso verfügst du über starke analytische Fähigkeiten und verstehst es, komplexe Probleme zu lösen und Entscheidungen unter Zeitdruck zu treffen
- Es bereitet dir viel Freude, in einem sich schnell ändernden Umfeld zu arbeiten und mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu steuern
- Eine Zertifizierung im Projektmanagement (z.B. PMP, PRINCE2) ist von Vorteil
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse und idealerweise gute Deutschkenntnisse

Die Porsche eBike Performance GmbH entwickelt, produziert und vermarktet am Firmenstandort in Ottobrunn bei München wegweisende Antriebssysteme unter zwei Marken: kompakte Leichtgewichte von FAZUA für agile E-Bikes, die ein außergewöhnlich natürliches Fahrgefühl schaffen, sowie zukünftig auch besonders leistungsfähige Antriebssysteme unter dem Markennamen Porsche. FAZUA ist eine junge, ambitionierte Marke, die 2017 die Fahrradindustrie mit einem komplett neuen, innovativen Antriebssystem für leichte, agile (und gutaussehende) E-Bikes auf den Kopf stellte. Seit Juli 2022 sind wir durch die Übernahme durch die Porsche AG Teil der Porsche eBike Performance GmbH. Your Tasks
- You are responsible for creating an overall project plan at system level for the drive unit, battery and VCU, etc.
- This includes documentation, timeline tracking and control of the projects
- In your role, you will also support project management as part of a PMO for the above-mentioned areas (System Owner Office Management)
- You manage current top issues, risks and tasks, with the main focus on the timeline
- You are able to present the current project situation at any time and make recommendations for further action in the project
- As Samples Manager, you are responsible for the timely provision of samples and the development of a sample management process as well as operational management
- You coordinate with all relevant interfaces within and outside the company and take care of cross-departmental resource and demand planning
Your Profile
- You have a degree in computer science, engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification
- You have 6-7 years of experience in senior project and/or product management, ideally in the field of system integration
- Ideally, you have already gained expertise in the automotive industry and understand project management in a challenging environment
- You know how to lead an interdisciplinary team and utilise your excellent communication skills to manage it according to its strengths
- You have a great passion and vision for the development of technical products
- You are characterised by excellent knowledge of project management methods and tools, including agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
- You also have strong analytical skills and understand how to solve complex problems and make decisions under time pressure
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- You have an advantage if you own a certification in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)
- You are fluent in English and have a good command of German
