Ihre Aufgaben
- Unterstützung der Portfolio Management Funktion in den Bereichen Real Estate Equity und Real Estate Debt
- Mitarbeit bei der Strukturierung und Realisierung von Immobilien- und Darlehenstransaktionen sowie Loan Servicing
- Mitwirkung bei der Durchführung und Optimierung des Laufzeitmanagements der Darlehensportfolios, Bestandsimmobilien und Projektentwicklungen
- Unterstützung beim Cash- und Liquiditätsmanagements auf Asset- und Fondslevel sowie bei der Erstellung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen
- Mitarbeit bei der Wahrnehmung der Schnittstellenfunktion zu internen und externen Anlageberatern und Fondsmanagern sowie die Analyse von Auslagerungen und Beauftragungen
- Identifizierung und Auswertung von KPIs zur Erfolgsmessung sowie Pflege und Optimierung der internen Datenbanken
- Hilfe bei der Erstellung von internen und externen Reports sowie die kontinuierliche Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsleitung
- Mitwirkung an der Umsetzung von diversen Projekten
Ihr Profil
- Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finanzierung oder Immobilienwirtschaft
- Interesse am Transaktions-, Fonds- oder Investmentmanagement, vorzugsweise in dem Bereich Real Estate Equity oder Real Estate Debt
- Ergebnisorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Zahlenaffinität und hohen Analysefähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS Office Paket, insbesondere MS Excel
- Proaktive, selbständige, lösungs- und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sichere Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift

Your mission
- Supporting the portfolio management function in the areas of real estate equity and real estate debt
- Collaboration in the structuring and realization of real estate and loan transactions as well as loan servicing
- Participation in the implementation and optimization of the term management of loan portfolios, existing properties and project developments
- Support in cash and liquidity management at asset and fund level and in the preparation of profitability analyses
- Assisting with the interface function to internal and external investment advisors and fund managers as well as analyzing outsourcing and commissions
- Identification and evaluation of KPIs for performance measurement as well as maintenance and optimization of internal databases
- Assistance in the preparation of internal and external reports as well as continuous reporting to management
- Participation in the implementation of various projects
Your profile
- Degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on financing or real estate management
- Interest in transaction, fund or investment management, preferably in the area of real estate equity or real estate debt
- Results-oriented personality with a strong affinity for numbers and good analytical skills
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office package, especially MS Excel
- Proactive, independent, solution- and team-oriented way of working
- Confident knowledge of written and spoken German and English
