Praktikum im Bereich Global Procurement Delivery Research & Development - ab August 2024

Das Delivery Chapter R&D innerhalb Global Procurement unterstützt mit viel Engagement und Leideschaft die Forschungs- und Entwicklungs- sowie Produktionsbereiche bei der Beschaffung von Materialien und Dienstleistungen. Um unsere Mission für die Patientinnen und Patienten erfüllen zu können, unterstützen wir Roche durch Geschäfts- und Lieferantenpartnerschaften um innovative Lösungen schnell und effizient zu Patientinnen und Patienten zu bringen.
Im Rahmen unserer konzernweiten Transformation sind wir global vernetzter und unsere Arbeitsweise noch agiler, flexibler und effizienter geworden. Dadurch wirst Du während Deines Praktikums nicht nur praktische Einblicke in den Einkaufsbereich erhalten, sondern neue Arbeitsformen kennenlernen und unsere Forschung- und Entwicklungs- wie die Produktionsabteilungen kennenlernen.

Deine Aufgaben

• Du möchtest Dein theoretisches wissen direkt in die Praxis einfließen lassen? Dann unterstütze unseren strategischen Einkauf, indem Du selbständig Marktrecherchen durchführst und neue Partnerschaften mit nicht-kommerziellen Lieferanten wie z.B. Universitätskliniken, Krankenhäuser und Labore begründest.
• Du möchtest erfahren, wie neue Technologien Einkaufsprozesse verbessern? Dann begleite den gesamten Einkaufsprozess während der Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Sourcings sowie Verhandlungen bis hin zur Bestellung der Materialien sowie der Bearbeitung aller nachfolgenden Prozesse.
• Du verstehst es, zu begeistern? Dann nimm an internen Projekten teil und arbeite eng mit der Forschungs- und Entwicklungs- sowie Produktionsabteilung zusammen.
• Du hast Lust, Prozessverbesserungen voranzutreiben? Dann bleibe wachsam und mache Vorschläge, was wir in unseren Einkaufsprozessen schlanker, schneller oder einfacher machen können.

Dein Profil

• Du bist vorzugsweise immatrikulierter Student (m/w/d) der Naturwissenschaften - alternativ Wirtschaftswissenschaften, IT, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbarer Studiengänge
• Du bringst idealerweise erste Praxiserfahrung in einem Unternehmen der Pharma- oder Healthcare-Industrie mit.
• You are proficient in English and not afraid of talking to international clients in person, via phone or Email
• Du bist offen für agile Arbeitsmethoden und bringst dich aktiv z.B. in Squads ein.
• Du hast außerdem ein positives Mindset und verfügst über eine „Can-Do“-Mentalität.
• Du verfügst über gute analytische Fähigkeiten, eine selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und verstehst dich als Teamplayer
• Du bist sicher in der gSuite alternativ MS-Office, insbesondere in Word, Excel und PowerPoint
• Eine gute Candidate und Line Manager Experience sind für Dich nicht nur Schlagworte, sondern Ansporn für das tägliche Doing.

Your tasks:

• Would you like to put your theoretical knowledge directly into practice? then support our strategic purchasing by doing market research independently and establish new partnerships with non-commercial suppliers such as e.g. university clinics, hospitals and laboratories.
• Would you like to learn how new technologies improve purchasing processes? Then accompany the entire purchasing process during the preparation and follow-up of sourcing as well as negotiations up to the ordering of the materials as well as the processing of all subsequent processes.
• Do you know how to inspire? Then take part in internal projects and work closely with the research and development and production departments.
• Are you interested in promoting process improvements? Then stay alert and do suggestions as to what we can make our purchasing processes leaner, faster or simpler.

Your profile

• You are preferably a registered student (m/f/d) of natural sciences - alternatively Economics, IT, industrial engineering or comparable courses
• Ideally, you have initial practical experience in a pharmaceutical or pharmaceutical company within the healthcare industry
• You are proficient in English and not afraid of talking to international clients in person, via phone or email
• You are open to agile working methods and are actively involved, e.g., in squads.
• You also have a positive mindset and a "can-do" mentality.
• You have good analytical skills, an independent and structured
• way of working, very good communication skills and see yourself as a team player
• You are confident in the gSuite alternative MS-Office, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• A good candidate and line manager experience are not just buzzwords for you, but an incentive for daily doing.
