For one of our customers we are looking for Process Analyst Order to Cash
Background of the project / order:
In the context of the Finance Transformation (FiT) and the Fenix project (S4/HANA implementation) as well as in connection with the RAITT (Radical Infrastructure and IT Transformation) project set up by the Technology Division, we are looking for a consultant in the Finance / Order-to-Cash area with the following requirement profile

Tasks

• Analysis and Consulting in the specification of new, needs-based requirements/optimization measures based on the business models for the order-to-cash sector
• Creation of solution concepts for process optimizations in the existing value chain as well as project-related planning and control of necessary steps for implementation in the transformational projects or project initiatives
• Development of an E2E process view, taking into account upstream processes and systems as well as project-related knowledge transfer to interfaces (Finance Teams, Customer Service & Sales, P&L, RAITT BM Stream, Program Management, Technology) taking into account the accounting standards IFRS & HGB and taking into account the requirements of the aforementioned interfaces
• Development of optimization potential with the aim of increasing the input data and information granularity in the respective target systems
• Project-related execution or requirements in the FiT/RAITT transformation initiatives as well as implementation of necessary tracking
• Development and enhancement of quality measures within the value chain, taking into account relevant business transactions reporting requirements and derivation of optimization suggestions
• Creation of control aspects taking into account the completeness and correctness of finance-relevant migration objects in the context of concept development and during the migration phase in the Fenix project (S4/HANA implementation)
• Project-related content-related validation of key topics with involved departments (Finance Teams, Customer Service & Sales, P&L, RAITT BM Stream, Program Management, Technology) within and outside the #Order-to-cash area as well as clarification of dependencies with other Telefónica initiatives or projects (RAITT, FiT)
• Project-related preparation of information for management decisions

Must Haves

• Experience in the field of order-to-cash
• Experience in financial processes
• Experience in IT and process management
• Knowledge of SAP standards
• Good knowledge of German

• Location near Munich
