Job description
In your new role you will:
- Shape Infineons' products and applications training strategy - in collaboration with the global training team and key business stakeholders.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to story board, plan, and produce training presentations for in-person training events, videos, and other eLearning formats.
- Check grammar of trainer scripts and write audio script and training descriptions.
- Visualize training content with instructional graphics and charts.
- Conduct training recordings in our studio.
- Produce training using tools like Articulate, Adobe Premiere, TechSmith Camtasia.
- Support the realization of webinars, including moderation.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to leverage training content for external target groups.
- Suggest program improvements based on learners' data insights and competitive offerings.
- Coaching and mentoring of junior team members.
Your profile
The ideal candidate for this position will be:
- Experienced in creating effective educational or marketing content with subject matter experts.
- Has excellent skills in program management, story boarding and hosting of LIVE and virtual events. Experience with Adobe Premiere and Techsmith Camtasia is beneficial.
- You should be self-driven and structured, with strong attention to detail and an affinity for data-based decision-making. The candidate should be able to work independently and on multiple projects simultaneously.
You are best equipped for this role if you have:
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Instructional Design, Communication Sciences, or a similar field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Training Development, Marketing, Communication or other roles involving content production, preferably in Technology area.
- Able to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams to gather input from multiple stakeholders.
- Experience coaching others to translate complex topics into clear, concise, and compelling content.
- Experience in creating training with Articulate and video editing with Adobe Premiere and Techsmith Camtasia.
- Self-starter with strong critical thinking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with others at all levels of the organization.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Good command of MS Office applications (PowerPoint and Excelmandatory).
- Fluent in English (mandatory); knowledge of German is a plus.
- Frequent travel to the USA is expected (once per 6-8 weeks), so having a US visa is mandatory.
