YOUR TASKS
- You conceptualize and design the PAYBACK marketing platform
- You are responsible for the end-to-end development of digital products, from vision, through implementation, launch, and optimization in ongoing operations
- You advise and support the departments in Germany and the international PAYBACK markets with their ideas and requirements
- You are in close coordination with stakeholders from the departments, developers, and your team members from the “Product” area
- You are close to the market and always know about the latest developments and can derive strategies
YOUR PROFILE
- You have experience in digital product management - ideally for backend functionalities
- You are experienced in project management - you always keep an eye on priorities, milestones, and deadlines
- You think and conceptualize new products agilely - from the first step as a Minimal Viable Product to the long-term Point of Arrival
- Complex tasks and solving problems make your eyes light up
- You enjoy understanding, questioning, and optimizing existing technical processes
- You communicate confidently, convincingly, and recipient-oriented at all organizational levels
- Your team spirit, creativity, and open-mindedness enrich our team
- Your English skills are very good
