For one of our clients we are looking for a Project Manager with experience in legacy Systems
Description:

• The Simplification Project is intended to simplify products and processes in Legacy in order to implement this faster and easier in RAITT.

Tasks

• Coordination of a project Simplification to simplify product diversity and business processes in the legacy systems (e.g. Salcus, EIM, Genesys) in order to make their implementation in RAITT faster and easier.
• Definition and conception of planning and execution in Jira, Excel and PowerPoint: Simplification and cleansing of products and processes in the legacy system to facilitate transformation and migration in RAITT.
• Definition and tracking of the Project plans including milestones and results (requirements, solution descriptions, acceptances, effort estimates) in the Jira & Confluence tools.
• Reporting of the results to directors and the project team.
• Consulting in managing the project budgets and budget process, as well as tracking the actual costs and the overall budget administration in the tool Excel.
• Documentation of simplification decisions and measures (technical customer conversions and campaigns) including logs in the tools PowerPoint, Jira and Confluence.
• Advising on the creation and management of the decision-making process for Telefónica's management.
• Advice in the event of escalation communication of problems, taking into account already worked out and evaluated possible solutions.
• Monitoring the consistency of work with the quality standard (turnover, CEX, NPS).
• Expert advice on the definition of quality goals and processes to achieve these goals in Excel.
• Reporting of the progress, the measures and the concrete implementation of the Simplification and Simplification and the project team via DDC reports and in the tools Excel and PowerPoint.
