Ihre Aufgaben

• Enge und eigenverantwortliche Beurteilung von Investmentopportunitäten im Rahmen von Whole Loan und Mezzanine Finanzierungen sowie Einschätzung von Objekt- und Unternehmensrisiken
• Erarbeitung kreativer Lösungsansätze bei der Prüfung von Investmentopportunitäten zur idealen Nutzung vorhandener Investmentvehikel
• Unterstützung bei der Sanierung und Abwicklung gewerblicher Immobilienfinanzierungen oder von Unternehmensfinanzierungen mit Wertoptimierung
• Koordination der internen und externen Projektbeteiligten (Hauptverantwortlichkeit nach Abschluss des Termsheets)
• Risikobeurteilung und Erstellung von Investmentempfehlungen ans Investmentkomitee sowie Entwicklung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für die Geschäftsleitung und für weitere Gremien
• Verhandlungsführung mit Darlehensnehmern, Juristen und sonstigen externen Dienstleistern
• Erstellung, Verhandlung und Abschluss von Kredit- und Sicherheitenverträgen
• Unterstützung bei Reporting/Controlling-Aufgaben
• Kommunikation mit Geschäftspartnern in Deutsch und Englisch im In- und Ausland

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit finanzwirtschaftlichem Fokus (i.e. Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance & Banking, Accounting & Controlling)
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Bereich gewerbliche Immobilienfinanzierung, Banking oder Investment Banking
• Kenntnisse in der Modellierung von Businessplänen und Finanzmodellen
• Hohe Zahlen- und MS Excelaffinität, Analysefähigkeit sowie Ergebnisorientierung mit dem Wunsch zu lernen und erfolgreich zu sein
• Ausgereifte organisatorische Kompetenzen (Planung, Koordination und Zeitmanagement)
• Sicheres und überzeugendes Auftreten
• Strukturierte, selbständige und verbindliche sowie teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift wünschenswert

Your mission

• Close and independent assessment of investment opportunities in the context of whole loan and mezzanine financing as well as assessment of property and company risks
• Development of creative solutions when examining investment opportunities for the optimal use of existing investment vehicles
• Support in the restructuring and processing of commercial real estate financing or corporate financing with value optimization
• Coordination of internal and external project participants (main responsibility after completion of the term sheet)
• Risk assessment and preparation of investment recommendations for the investment committee and development of decision papers for the management and other committees
• Conducting negotiations with borrowers, lawyers and other external service providers
• Preparation, negotiation and conclusion of loan and collateral agreements
• Support with reporting/controlling tasks
• Communicating with business partners in German and English in Germany and abroad

Your profile

• Degree in economics with a focus on finance (i.e. Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance & Banking, Accounting & Controlling)
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in the field of commercial real estate financing, banking or investment banking
• Knowledge of modeling business plans and financial models
• High affinity for numbers and MS Excel, analytical skills and results orientation with a desire to learn and succeed
• Mature organizational skills (planning, coordination and time management)
• Confident and convincing appearance
• Structured, independent, committed and team-oriented way of working
• Very good written and spoken English skills desirable
