YOUR TASKS
- You will identify and acquire high-quality properties for our exclusive customer base in and around Munich.
- You will build and maintain a network of owners, investors and business partners.
- You organize your daily work independently and regularly attend appointments with potential sellers.
- You will carry out market analyses, evaluate properties and prepare them for sale.
- You will monitor and document your acquisition progress and pass on information to the sales team.
- You will support the optimization of our acquisition strategies and carry out virtual viewings.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have experience in real estate acquisition, preferably in the premium segment.
- You have a talent for organization, initiative and negotiating skills.
- You are communicative, assertive and have a feel for market opportunities.
- You have a strong hands-on mentality and are open to the use of our VR technology.
- Basic IT skills and the use of digital tools are a matter of course for you.
- You have a high degree of service and customer orientation and are a team player.
